2023 MLB Home Run Derby Odds, Pete Alonso, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Favorites

Are you ready to hit a home run with your winning bets? Well, look no further than next week for an excellent betting opportunity.

Two-time winner Pete Alonso of the New York Mets and top-seeded Luis Robert of the Chicago White Sox top an eight-way field in the All-Star Game Home Run Derby set for July 10 at 8 p.m. ET at T-Mobile Park in Seattle are on ,

Robert and Alonso have the most home runs (25) among the eight participants this season. Robert was awarded first seed by tiebreak for most home runs since June 15 (nine, four more than Alonso).

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. of the Toronto Blue Jays holds the record for most home runs in a single round (40 in 2019). His father, Vladimir Guerrero, won the Derby in 2007 as a member of the Los Angeles Angels.

Which of these sluggers is most likely to win?

Let’s take a look at the possibilities for the 2023 Home Run Derby:

Pete Alonso, New York Mets: +300 ($10 bet to win $40 total)
Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Toronto Blue Jays: +350 ($10 bet to win $45 total)
Louis Roberts Jr., Chicago White Sox: +450 ($10 bet to win $55 total)
Julio Rodriguez, Seattle Mariners: +500 ($10 bet to win $60 total)
Adolis Garcia, Texas Rangers: +650 ($10 bet to win $75 total)
Randy Arrozarena, Tampa Bay Rays: +1000 ($10 bet to win $110 total)
Mookie Bets, Los Angeles Dodgers: +1200 ($10 bet to win $130 total)
Adley Ratshman, Baltimore Orioles: +2000 ($10 bet to win $210 total)

Participants are seeded in 2023 based on their home runs. Here are the first round matchups:

No. 1 Robert Vs. No. 8 Ratshman
No. 4 Garcia Vs. No. 5 Arozarena
No. 2 Alonso Vs. No. 7 Rodriguez
No. 3 Bates Vs. No. 6 Guerrero Jr.

Pete Alonso (+300) is the betting favorite as he looks set to join Ken Griffey Jr. As the only player to win the award thrice. Do you like its prospects?

Mookie Betts (+1200) has the fifth most home runs in the league this season, but he remains a long shot. The seven-time All-Star is in his first Derby and when he heats up he can help you win big at these odds.

Julio Rodríguez (+500) was a close second to Juan Soto last year and is looking to win this derby in only his second season. If he can beat Alonso in the first round, he has as much chance as anyone to take home this trophy.

The 93rd All-Star Game will air Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on Fox and the Fox Sports app.
