Training camp for the Minnesota Vikings begins on Sunday, July 23, with rookies arriving in Eagan.

Eleven players left the Minnesota Vikings this offseason: Cameron Dentzler (CB, Bills), Eric Kendricks (LB, Chargers), Patrick Peterson (CB, Steelers), Adam Thilen (WR, Panthers), Dalvin Tomlinson (DT, Browns), Duke Shelley (CB, Raiders), Irv Smith (TE, Bengals), Chris Boyd (CB, Cardinals), Chandan Sullivan (CB, Steelers) RS), Za’Darius Smith (OLB, Browns – trade), and Dalvin Cook (RB, free agent).
Seven new free agents have joined the franchise since March, including Josh Oliver (TE, Ravens), Marcus Davenport (EDGE, Saints), Byron Murphy (CB, Cardinals), Dean Lowry (DT, Packers), Brandon Powell (WR, Rams), Troy Reader (LB, Chargers), and JoJuan Williams (CB, Patriots).
Six rookies entered the 2023 NFL Draft. About 20 undrafted free agents followed.
With about eight weeks left until Minnesota’s regular season, the roster will be heavily depleted by the end of August.
