Travis Scott, The Weeknd & Bad Bunny Tease New Single “KPOP”

Travis Scott, The Weeknd and Bad Bunny have officially joined forces. Scott and The Weeknd revealed in a joint Instagram post shared on July 19 that the three are releasing a new song together. Scott and The Weeknd’s caption read, “Flame abe benito.” “Out last night.” According to Scott’s website the single will be called “KPOP”.
This news comes weeks after Bad Bunny confirmed that he and Scott were working on music together. “We worked on it a while ago – and I think Travis spent a minute working on his project,” Bad Bunny told Rolling Stone on June 21, referring to the collaboration with Scott. “I don’t know if I will be able to release a song or not [this year] If I like it enough, but I don’t think so. I said this year is for rest.
News of the new song came shortly after The Weeknd aired the finale of the controversial Max show “The Idol”, which he created and starred in. Meanwhile, Bad Bunny made history earlier this summer when his 2022 album “Un Verano Sin Ti” became Spotify’s first. Most streamed album of all time. Scott, for his part, will release his fourth studio album, “Utopia”, on July 28.
